Strongers . left this review about The Eagle
Tuesday is the new Friday in the Eagle with ear splitting Kate Bush and disco lights beaming. The only reminder that it was in fact 19:30 on a midweek night was the muted horse racing on the televisions throughout the pub. Sky and BT Sports are advertised. The pub is L-shaped with a central bar that supports standard and premium keg. To the right rear is a raised seating area with a pool table and to the left is another small raised seating area. High and standard tables run under the front windows, faced by the bar. I didn’t feel comfortable in here at all and was glad to leave.
