Despite a listing in the 2021 Good Beer Guide, CAMRA's website shows that this place no longer serves real ale. So, I was surprised to see Kelburn Goldihops on offer here. It was in a good condition.
This pub consists of a busy and traditional public bar on the right-hand side as you enter and dining areas to the left. Children are not allowed in the bar. So, we were relegated to the dining area, which had an interesting and colourful mural on one wall.
Far better than I had anticipated.
