We drove past the pub yesterday evening, the lights were on and the chalk board has gone. I understand that the inside was having a refurb, which we assume is now finished. It was not advertised very well.

This pub is in two halves. The front bar forms the pub part, the back bar is an Indian restaurant. For over a week the pub has been shut and there is a chalk board at the entrance to the car park stating that the restaurant is open as normal. I will enquire in the local pubs to see if I can find out what is happening.
