Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Balls Brothers

Very newly reopened (as in about 30 minutes) wine-bar type establishment beside the central atrium of the Hays Galleria. Very small bar at ground-floor level serving the 'outdoor' tables, but with the much larger main bar down below at cellar level. Refurbished in a semi-modern style, with several seating / dining areas around a 'L'-shaped bar. Loud enough anyway with post-work clientele, but the non-background music didn't help anybody. No real ale, of course, and initially no draught beer of any description as they hadn't managed to get the keg taps working yet (although nothing of interest offered anyway). Forced to go for over-priced bottled London Pride before escaping.
