The Ship is a largish pub that is close to Plumstead Common.
Once inside the main room is quite large and oblong shaped,there are three pool tables on the left side of the room plus a DJ rig to the rear left,three TVs were all showing horse racing,the seating on the right side is normal tables and chairs and tall tables and chairs,there is a separate area to the right which is a lot smaller,this area is carpeted and has leather settees and low tables.
There are no real ales on the bar,i had a drink of keg GK IPA which was a pretty poor drink,the other keg bitter was John Smiths Smooth Crap.
The pub was quite busy om my Saturday afternoon visit with mainly younger drinkers.
This is not a pub to go out of your way to do like i did.
