The Boot and Slipper is a decent looking pub that used to be a Mansfield tied house and it has still got the Mansfield signs outside.
Once inside this pub was quite smart and a comfortable place to have a drink in,the pub had been opened out but there were still different drinking areas.
There were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Red Brick Shire Oak which was a very nice drink the other beer was Pedigree.
I quite liked this pub and would be glad to visit it again.
