A two winged brick building, with cream and white rendering, which looks Victorian and a bit like a dolls house. It also has a beer patio. The interior looked like it had more than one room, but I only went into an open plan bar, with pool table and a small stage area, where a big music system stands. The décor is all white, half plain, half textured wallpaper. The walls are covered with Beatles memorabilia and a bust of Elvis and one of Marilyn Monroe stand on ionic columns by the door! The service was friendly, though it is a locals pub, The music was at a decent level. Beer – all tap tosh, except Banks’s Dark MILD, which is a pretty decent pint. Two handpull taps had the clips turned around. It is a bit rough and ready, but try it.
