Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Duke & Duchess

Describing itself as a 'Bar & Restaurant', you will have a good of what to expect... Decorated in upmarket gastro-pub style, all the tables were set for dining but there are also a few stools scattered along the bar counter. Music at more than background level. Rather spooky portrait of Princess Diana above the staircase, beyond which (and slightly more appropriately) are some large photographs of Edward VII and Wallace Simpson. Just one real ale on offer: a reasonable pint of Long Man American Pale Ale (£4.20).
