The Malbank has small seating areas to the left and right of the entrance and a bar counter that runs up the right wall. There is more seating in the rear right where a dartboard also lives. Televisions are located throughout, but these were all off during a recent early evening Thursday visit. On a shelf by the entrance is some DJ equipment that was playing some background music. Just before I left the “who wants to be an alcoholic?” 20 question quiz was just starting, with 10 pints of standard keg going to the winner. The service was polite and the booze was cheap, but I’ll not be visiting here again.

Its not too bad in here but there are much better pubs in Nantwich. An open plan interior with 2 offshoots left and right as you enter. Its all fairly standard stuff with lots of tellies showing horsey horsey dullness of an afternoon. There are 2 handpumps on the bar but only one was on, dispensing Sadlers Worcester Sorcerer.

The Malbank is on a busy shopping street in the centre of Nantwich.
This pub caters mainly for younger drinkers and there are tv screens dotted around the large room there were no real ales in this pub and the only bitter was John Smiths smooth so i had a Guinness.
This is not really my type of pub.
