Used to be a hotel-cum-bistro with a small residents bar, back in the day. Now turned itself into a cavernous bar with a tokenistic Irish theme. Average drinks range, no ale after briefly stocking Felifoel. TV's are dotted around, sometimes on, sometimes not. Impressive toilets. Usually packed with students in fancy dress, though hilariously they attempt to cut off one end of the bar for dining - who the hell would want to 'eat' in a place full of pissed-up 19 year olds? Toilets a cut above the usual but that's about the only reason to not run away.
