Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The New Inn
The bold exterior belies a rather basic pub within, but the decades-old road improvement at the front must have taken away all the passing trade so this is now very much just a local. Having said that, it has also retained two separate bars, although only one appears to be in regular use. Apart from this, nothing to write home about inside, but the rear patio and beer garden beyond are pleasant enough on a sunny summer afternoon. Just Doom Bar (£3.75) available from the pair of handpumps, with a reversed Ringwood Best clip also visible.
