Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Cock Inn
For many years, this was the only Youngs pub in these parts but it was sold to Shepherd Neame at the end of July 2010 (much to the surprise of the landlord who was on holiday at the time!). However, things settled down and this remains a popular food-orientated pub within a historic building which retains plenty of charm. Numerous bench/tables in the patio area. The regular Master Brew and Spitfire (£5.40) were on two of the four handpumps on this latest visit, with a seasonal or guest sometimes available.

An Elizabethan gem dog friendly close to fabulous walks. Award winning food and real ales, roaring inglenook in winter, air conditioned in summer. Great staff, great atmosphere. Don't miss the gigantic sunday lunch or the fantastic Seafood !!
