Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Two Sawyers
Excellent little pub in the hamlet of Woolage Green, with the slightly larger Woolage Village not that far away, but both very much off the beaten track. The current owners are relatively new and have modernised the lounge and kitchen, but the bar remains very traditional. A pool room and the outside toilets lie beyond this, and a small conservatory and beer garden can be found at the other end. Doom Bar and Hophead (£4.00, and excellent) were on two of the three handpumps, with a reversed Abbot clip on the other. With a friendly welcome, this one was a real pleasure to visit.
