Ian Mapp left this review about The Crown Hotel
Currently has a "for sale" sign on the outside but after completing an 11m plod up Ingleborough, I was delighted to see smoke coming from the chimney on my return.
Two roomer, where you enter via a central porch. Only one room appears to be customers, as I was shoo'ed back after going right.
The room of the left is open plan, with a central bar and a tiny hatch, where the covid perspex covers 2/3rds of the opening.
Full of ramblers on a Saturday afternoon in good post walk spirits.
Two cask on, and my Black Sheep was fine.
Rather too many laminated signs telling you what not to do for my liking.
