Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Fairways
Backing onto a golf course, this looks like a pub / restaurant but it turns out that food is now only available on Sundays. In addition to the main bar, further seating can be found in a side area beyond the pool table, in the dining room further back and in the enclosed terrace overlooking the garden. Very disappointingly for a Batemans pub, all three handpumps are now disused. The Blue Moon and Beavertown Neck Oil were also off, so grudgingly made do with a swift John Smith's (£2.20). A major disappointment.
