A two bar traditional village pub, a smaller one at the front and a larger room at the back, nowt to choose between them style wise. The front bar has tall seating in the middle and benches in the corners and bay windows. Just one pull in here, there are two in the back bar. A very acceptable Ossett Blonde on in the front with the addition of Theakston Best out back. Down market keg range. There’s a nice open fire in the front bar, a couple of big screens and a machine, fortunately no music on my visit.
