Visited 04/06/26. Visited previously 04/09/18.

No cask here. Keg offering of Guinness, Okells bitter, Fosters, Orchard Isle cider, Carling.

Hard to get a picture of the outside of this one as the buildings on the block are long-term scaffolding covered. Inside, bare boarded with two sides and the bar counter against the rear wall on the right-hand side. Walls are wood panelled, red painted anaglypta on the ceiling and quite a few floor-to-ceiling pillars creating some nice cosy seating areas with banquettes down the side to a more open rear space providing a good amount of standing room around the bar counter. The banquettes serve small round tables with low stools the other side thereof. There is a dartboard on the front wall between the two windows and a couple of screens showing non-descript terrestrial TV. Quite a bit of TT related pictures and a large, framed picture of TT legend Joey Dunlop. The left-hand side is more fully wood panelled, and the smaller space hosts a pool table in the middle of the floor space and there is a wall mounted juke box. The venue shows racing coverage on the TVs in the afternoons. Would rate more highly with a cask beer offering as a very quaint and characterful establishment.
