Always see a good few people in here when passing so decided to give it a look. The interior was bright and modern and there was a choice of four ales, GK IPA, Spitfire, Theakston and Adnams. Expect to pay hotel prices, the Adnams was average.

This is a hotel bar (or affiliated with a hotel) which is why the seating out the front was mobbed with northern tourists drinking Tetleys Cask whilst making rude comments to passing pedestrians. Abbot Ale was also available, but the Pride was off – no worries though as Old Speckled Hen was available on draught!
I'll not be returning here as there are far better drinking establishments in the area for those who dare to leave the main road.

Modern interior to this pub. The outside seating area catches the sun and overlooks Russell Sqaure, trouble is the road in between gets very busy. Sells real ale and a veriety of food , including homemade pizzas. On sunny days the outside area gets very busy, so get there early.
