The Railway Inn same as most of this type sit near a railway. This inn sits 50metres north of the now dismantled former Kilsyth to Bonnybridge railway. The inn has been on this site for well over one hundred years. This is a busy local with a traditional feel. There a changing ale available and has Carling, Tennent’s, Belhaven Best & Strongbow on tap. There is an extension to the older building called the Platform Lounge, which can be set up for weddings. There is food available with breakfast available between 10:00 to 12:00. Plus 2 courses for £10.00 meal deals. There is plenty of parking in front of the pub. Buses run from Falkirk to Cumbernauld where there are train stations.
