A pleasant village pub, although situated rather inconveniently at the eastern extremity of the straggling settlement. It consists of a Public Bar at the front of the building, containing a pool table and a juke box, a larger Restaurant at the back and outdoor seating areas both at the rear and the front, looking on to the road. Reasonable prices and friendly locals, although you tend to be noticed as a non-villager. It’s open all day every day, which is worth knowing here as there are no other pubs for miles around.
