Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Ghillie's (Victoria Hotel)

Hotel bar / bistro on the ground floor, with a light and airy feel and surprisingly modern furniture and decor. Like the Esplanade just along the harbour-front, just one of two handpumps was in operation, again with the far-from-local Rev James being dispensed (similarly priced at £3.20, but in much better form here), and the display of pump clips on the bar-back suggests I was a bit unlucky.

Sunday afternoon after 4pm they have a good musical duo perform, and they serve proper lager on tap, but sadly no Real Ale. Run by very charming Latvian staff. Expensive to stay here though.
