A pleasant, cosy and comfortable street corner pub, located, as its name suggests, at the west end of the town, a short distance away from the centre. Clean, tidy, well kept and well run, with a clientele largely drawn from the surrounding housing schemes. In addition to the Public Bar, there is a larger Lounge next door which only opens at weekends.
