I'm not sure if this pub is named after the village it is located in, or vice versa. Either way, it was fairly busy on my Wednesday lunchtime visit. I entered the pub from the car park at the rear, which was almost full. There is a small outdoor patio area behind the pub.
Inside, a single room is sub-divided, with one half for drinkers and the other for diners. In reality, the two were intermingling. It is carpeted and has a fairly cosy feel.
Featuring in the Good Beer Guide, the pub serves 3 cask ales. HPA is the regular beer. Guests on for my visit were Sea Fury & Cwrw Gorslas.
