The Bae Abermaw is a large Welsh stone hotel situated on the hill above Barmouth Harbour and people who stay here are afforded great views over the coast.
It shut down some time in 2012 but was taken over by a resident of Barmouth, underwent a refurbishment and reopened as a 13 room hotel in March 2013.
It does have a lounge and bar area and restaurant which is open to the public as well as residents, but you still wouldn’t classify it as a pub.
