I can confirm that the sign outside still says Fat rather than Feral so maybe this particular cat is both.
Inside it's a long narrow wooden floored room with the bar on the left and what looked like a wider area to the rear and a terrace behind it. I arrived here on a Monday afternoon to find two well oiled locals leaving so I was the only punter.
The three hand pumps on the bar were all unclipped and the mainstream keg options all had half pint glasses over the handles. There were two "craft" keg options from the local Wild Horse brewery so I went for the Palamino Pale (£4.50). This was quite a pedestrian beer and certainly not worth the price tag. I doubt if I would return.

Although the name has officially changed from Fat to Feral Cat, as confirmed by website, Twitter and internal notices and menus, the sign above the windows still read Fat Cat Cafe Bar at the time of our visit. Apart from that, it does just what it says on the tin: this is a café bar. My partner had a coffee (it was before midday) and I went for the only beer available among the three hand pumps on the bar. This was Conwy Clogwyn Gold, which was ok but not what I would have chosen if there had been a choice. This is not my sort of beer, and not my sort of pub, either. If in need of a drink before catching a midday train, as on this occasion, I don't suppose I'd hesitate about coming back, though.
