This is a nice-looking street corner local in a mixture of local stone and brick. There were a few people in at the time of my mid-afternoon visit, apparently regulars who were grouped around the bar chatting. In the absence of real ale, I asked for a half of Guinness, but they don't have draught, only cans. So I went for Kronenbourg 1664, which was cold and fizzy, as expected. I didn't hear any of the foul language alleged in the previous review. This seemed to be a pleasant pub, just a shame there was nothing here that I could enjoy drinks-wise.

If you particullarly like foul language this is the place to go, not a family pub.
