Attractive building with a lovely pair of bow windows. Dull and opened-out L shaped interior, dark and light greyish green colours (yuk). Photo jukebox, muted TVs etc the usual low-grade guffery. Two pumps with just St Austell Tribute on, took the punt and the half I got was best described as “I've had worse in these sort of pubs” (NBSS 2). Served-up by a slightly pudgy Rachel Goswell lookalike (I declined to remark on the similarity). Five other punters in on a Tuesday evening. Another pub in Chippenham that could, with a bit of vision, be pretty good.
