Called the Albot And Falcon on my visit due to a missing T on the frontage. A long thin pub and fairly generic. Beer from Greene King so not much to write home about. Its not a bad pub and is aimed at your karaoke crowd. Better off going over the road to the Jolly Tap if its real ale you're after.

Busy town centre pub where the afternoon clientele are mainly Gentlemen of a more mature age range. The walls are amassed with memorabilia and other paraphernalia, and even the ceiling has not escaped the clutter, which ranges from a mini snooker table to a full size bicycle. Not a great deal going on in the real ale department but the beer was cheap enough and the locals friendly.Enjoyed my short stay here, which i found a sort of mix between Dads Army and the Antiques Roadshow.Worth a visit
