Bit rough and ready. Bar to left in main room. No real ales. Just went in while waiting for my bus. Would not return.

The Golden Ball is a decent looking pub that is opposite the bus station.
Once inside the pub still has two separate rooms,i had a drink in the room to the right,this was a long and oblong shaped and ran to the rear,the front area is bare boarded and has bench seating,the middle area narrows where the bar is,the rear area is carpeted and has comfy bench seating,there is a small separate square shaped room to the front left.
No real ales on the bar,so it was a drink of John Smiths smooth crap,which was crap.
There was a TV showing rubbish daytime stuff.
This is a decent enough pub just a shame they dont do real ale anymore.

Small 2 roomed pub directly opposite the bus station and ideal for a quick pint whilst waiting for a pint.
Has changed hands but still with real ales although for how long only time will tell.
Had a pint of Cross Bay Sunset Blond and the young lady behind the bar had no price on her till was only charged £1.50 based on a price displayed on the TT Landlord pump.
