Beautiful pub very busy sunday afternoon the food looked very good full plates not like you get when its a pub chain. Know all about portion control with being a pub manager for over 30 years before we both retired cutting everything down and the quality of food as got worse to get the right GP. So if you are going for a pub meal dont go to one of the big chain pubs better to pay a bit more for decent food. This pub is a must if you are in the area

Extremely friendly and welcoming and the food is fantastic. A definite must, and the 'Cake Away' is recommended.
