Alan Winfield left this review about The Feathers
The Feathers is a stone built pub that is at the end of Kings Cross high street.
Once inside there is a decent sized square shaped room with the bar on the left side, the room is carpeted, the seating normal tables and chairs and some bench seating and small stools, there is also a small raised area to the front right.
There were three real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Thwaites Wainwright which was a nice drink, the other beers were Bradfield Farmers Blonde and Tetley Bitter.
There was a large screen to the rear showing derby v Leeds and a normal TV showing Newcastle v Arsenal.
The pub was very busy on my Saturday dinner visit
