Large brick built place just outside the town centre, probably a thirties build but horribly late 20th century inside. Alleged to have 4 guest ales by Camra it has in fact zero, zilch, nada, bugger all. Four pulls in the rearmost of the two bars all sporting cocktail advertisements. A waste of a walk except for using the facilities. Weird place Hartlepool.

Called into this locals bar and chose Purity Mad Goose which was fine. A couple of rooms with the bar, but I chose to sit outside with the beer.

Locals pub with two rooms and bars. Four real ales, strongest of which was Robinson's Trooper. Unfortunately I got served in the tap room where there was only keg!
