A single L shaped spacious room containing plenty of seating, a beer garden to the rear also some outside seating at the front. The pub handily placed very near the train station opens at 11am which is helpful when starting a pub crawl. Ales on were Harvey's Sussex Best and Pells Pale along with Long Man Long Blonde.
A pleasant pub.

Will Larter left this review about The Buckingham Arms
A delightful pub near the station, the interior decorated with a plethora of pictures and objects of interest, including some framed certificates from Harvey's for "record breaking sales of Tom Paine Ale" in July 2004. Those days are gone, though Tom Paine is an occasional guest, as well as regulars Sussex Best and Wadworth 6X. My half of the Sussex was very good (NBSS 3.5, £5.10) and service was friendly. This should be the first stop if arriving at Shoreham by train, and possibly the last before leaving, too

An unmissable pub, close to the Railway Station. The interior is modern and very comfortable. Large screens built into the wall and framed showed a lot of thought in creating a high standard of fixtures and fittings. I especially liked the brass top finished table from the Arts and Crafts period. The service at the bar was efficient and beer quality excellent. Three pumps with two in use, Longman Blonde and Harveys Best Bitter.
