Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Ye Olde Foundry

Distinctive music pub, with very prominent signage above the main entrance on the white-painted bevelled corner. The front bar leads to a smaller back room with the pool table and then a larger room on the far side of the counter where the stage can be found. Gothically dark interior throughout. I was expecting Robinson's trooper but just Landlord (£4.50) available from the three handpumps.

Ye Olde Foundry entrance leads to a bare boarded L-shaped bar area with a counter that supports standard keg and Cruzcampo alongside four hand pumps. Robinson’s Trooper was badged on two pumps and the other two were reverse clipped. A pool table hides behind an exposed brick wall that houses a burner to the left. Some sofa seating is found through a brick arch to the right. The background music was very much rock, in fact this is a rockers pub with regular live music. The service was polite, but I prefer 70s disco so this place didn’t really grab me.

Still a "rock" pub. I have always liked this pub but I hadn't been in for a few years. Castle Rock Harvest Pale and Sharps Atlantic on offer. The Harvest Pale was fine.
