Nothing to offer on the beer front so I had a quick Stella before catching the train. Only really worth calling as it is handy for the station.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Horseshoe
Quite a mixed bag, this one, with the original large pub now reimagined as three different types of establishment in an overall 'L'- shape all under one roof. The front bar is a fairly conventional modernised affair, but the corner lounge / dining area has a mixed grill menu whilst the rear room is an A la Carte Indian restaurant. No real ale, unfortunately, and not much choice on the keg taps either, so it had to be a quick John Smiths (£2.80) before moving on to the nearby Hall Green station.
