Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Bowling Green Inn
Basic side street pub with two rooms - one a small bar with a large screen TV and a DJ setting up on a tiny side counter; the other a games room (with pool and table football) plus a shop-style chilled cabinet. Tatty patio beer garden to the rear. Two disused hand pumps, one with a reversed Doom Bar clip, so went for the bottled version which was available from the fridge (£3.10) in preference to the keg Worthington Creamflow. Smelt a bit of drains, a very much a local, but the welcome was friendly enough. NB - Signwriting on the façade proclaims it to be "Royal Leamington Spa's oldest drinking establishment."
