Alan Winfield left this review about Cross Keys
The Cross keys is a typical looking town pub that looked well kept from the outside.
Once inside there was an L shaped room with the bar facing, there was comfy bench seating to the front and rear left, the other seating was normal tables and chairs, there was a seperate room to the right which was through an opened out doorway, this room had a pool table and narrow bench seating plus some normal tables and chairs.
There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Hobsons Best which was a nice drink, the other beer was Hook Norton Lion.
The background music was rock type which went down well with me,this pub attracts customers who like rock music and live music.
I quite liked this pub,one i could stay in for a session.
