Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Golden Pheasant Hotel
Substantial rural pub, restaurant and hotel located close to Plumley's small railway station. The inside has been partially opened out to form a large 'L'shaped bar with a variety of different seating areas. Separate dining room. Real fire, very comfortable furniture and hops above the bar. Plenty of patio seating at the front, mostly under several large umbrellas. Friendly staff. Only two of the six handpumps were working, but one of these offered a very good pint of the locally-produced Great Budworth Bitter (£3.10) as well as Lees Bitter on the other. Called in on the off chance, but I certainly enjoyed my visit.
