This pub has three main areas - a dining area on the right of the entrance area, a slightly smaller mid section bar area and a good sized pool room on the left. The bar area was brick built with and oak counter top and the floor was worn timber boards. Three handpumps on the bar serving Deuchars IPA, GK IPA and a local beer Burnt Mill Pintle. I went for the Burnt Mill, which was passable, but didn't warrant a second. It wasn't until I tried the same beer over the road in the Gladstone, that I realised how poor this beer was in here. There was also another three pumps in the bar area serving GK IPA and Doom Bar doubled up.
