The oldest pub in the Isle of Axholme and part of the Admiral Inns Group. Serves at least one and often two real ales from the cask on hand pumps under £3 per pint). Has a large car park with an outside smokers' nest.
Food is served most days and on Sundays.
One large 'L' shaped main room with a smaller room wherein lurks a pool table. Sky/BT sports available.
Live music is quite regular.
