A Young’s inn with basic hotel accommodation, recently refurbished and surprisingly comfortable for the area. There is a large car park at the back and side, easily accessible from the main road. There is an astroturfed garden with a covered smoking area. There is a dog watering station as you enter through the front door, then you’re into a large open plan bar with plenty of seating options, informally divided into various drinking areas. It has a positive local pub feel to it, while strangers are welcomed. There is a reasonable pub grub menu at fair prices for the area. Entertainment is provided by a variety of board games, and the staff were pleasant when we visited. Four handpumps on the bar, two dry, the other two dispensing Youngs London Original and London Special. The keg options were Estrella, Thatcher’s Gold and Haze, Peroni, Aspall’s Cider and Guinness. A good bet if you’re in town.

An upmarket Young's pub and hotel on the edge of Burnham town. Nicely done with a large beer garden out front (with it's own bar and burger van).
4 ales on with 2 young's beers alongside Bath Gem and Cheddar George Best. I went for the George Best at the frankly ludicrous price of £5 - hotel prices in a pub. It was an OK pint but nothing special. Probably a one time visit for me!
