The Jester is a large estate type looking pub that is on the main Biddulph to Tunstall road.
Once inside the pub has two large rooms,i had a drink in the bar which is to the right,this room was square shaped with a tiled floor,it seemed quite basic,there is a pool table to the rear and a TV to the front right showing football score updates,there is a large seperate lounge to the left which was empty on my Saturday afternoon visit.
To my surprise there was one real ale on the bar which was Hobgoblin,this was also a decent enough drink.
There were a few locals in the bar which i had a good chat with.
I was happy enough having a drink in this pub.
