Requested be closed with reason - Gone away: According to WhatPub, Gabriels changed its name to Sherwood in 2018 but closed in January 2019. Confirmed as closed and for sale in Worksop Guardian: https://www.worksopguardian.co.uk/lifestyle/retford-pub-which-closed-new-years-day-goes-sale-1367843

The Sherwood Ranger is a nice looking white painted pub that is in Retfords shopping area.
When i first went in this pub it was a Bass tied house and there were no real ales on the bar,i had a drink of keg Bass dark mild which was a fairly nice drink.
The pub was'nt open when i took my photo of it but it looks in good nick so it probably opens a bit later in the day.
