Alan Winfield left this review about The Little John Inn
The Little John Inn is a good walk walk down down from the Larch Farm, the pub is set sideways onto the road.
Once inside the front room is oblong shaped, the floor is stone tiled, the seating pew type a couple of chesterfield settees and two tall tables and chairs, there is a low beamed ceiling.
There is a separate dining room to the rear right which was guarded by two full suites of armour.
The pub is an ex Mansfield tied house so it is now a Marstons tied house.
There were three real ales on the bar i had a pint of Pedigree which was ok but not as good as the two previous drinks i had had in Ravenshead.
