Alan Winfield left this review about Hall Park Tavern
The Hall Park Tavern was a fairly smart estate pub that was situated to the north of Bulwell town centre.
Once inside the pub had two decent sized rooms with a fairly nice bar and a comfortable lounge.
The pub used to be a Shipstones tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Shipstones bitter and this was a very nice drink the other beer was Shipstones mild.
By the time i got round to photograph this pub Greenalls had branded the pub as a millers kitchen so the pub was doing meals.
This was a decent enough pub and it is a shame that it has now closed down.
