The pub consists of an L shaped lounge, with the restaurant area at the rear. The pub has a smart and well kept interior. There were a couple of Tudor style sandstone fireplaces, exposed stone walls and the flooring was a mixture of timber, carpet and tiles. Their were three Caledonian ales on handpump. The manageress was very helpful, talking us through the beer, so we settled on the Distant Sun, which really suited a warm afternoon. Overall a decent and comfortable pub.
