The Bay Horse is a basic town pub.
Once inside the pub has two rooms that are slightly opened out,there s a small room to the front right,the main bar room is to the left,this room is square shaped and has bench seating and chairs for seating,the room is carpeted.
There is a separate pool room to the rear left.
The background music that was playing was just the sort of music i like.
There was one real ale on the bar which was John Smiths Cask,this was a nice drink.
This is a proper drinkers pub,the landlord was helpfull in letting me know about a pub that had closed down.
The pub is situated next to a fish & chip shop which is well worth going in,it won the best fish & chip shop award for 2015,my haddock with scraps on was really nice.
