Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Queens Head
Historic building with some money obviously spent on the refurbished facade, but the part-modernised interior - that retains a few booths, and which has some lounge sofas at one end and darts at other - gives the impression that the money ran out before the exercise was finished. Wooden benches in the rear yard. No sign of any bar staff initially, so one of the regulars went round to pour my pint of Bombardier (£3.40). Pride also available from two of three handpumps. All a bit mixed. (NB - Review dates from August 2012.)

Real Ale Ray left this review about Queens Head
A large one room pub on two levels. We entered the pub from the street side and the bar was situated on the left. There were two ales on handpump Bombardier and London Pride. The bar hosted a lot of keg fonts and the manageress informed us that she mainly catered for the younger crowd. The interior wasn't anything to write home about.
