An absolutely superb atmosphere with excellent ales. I sampled the wherry bitter which was well kept & a small glass of NOG, rather strong for anymore.than a half. The food was also very good I had a Boozey Steak Pie which was really tastey & filling the staff & local customers very friendly
JULY2009 visited again new landlord, but little else changed,food& beer still excellent.

Very nice on the outside, didn't get to see inside as it closed at 2:30. Sign on the outside says it sells Woodforde ales.
