Nice traditional pub with a good beer garden.No longer a Youngs pub but a free house.5 beers on handpump from Twyeford, Old dairy and Ringwood. Friendly landlord with an interest in beer.Will be back to this pub.

The Old Anchor is a decent looking stand alone pub that is on the very busy richmond road and it is just off the centre of Twickenham.
The pub was fairly small inside and it was quite smart and comfortable,this pub is a Youngs tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Youngs bitter and this was very nice the other beer was Youngs Special.
There were a few picnic tables outside the pub for warmer weather.
I quite liked this pub and was happy enough having a drink in here.
